Accessibility
Care should be easier to reach and understand.
Lifeline Guidance is committed to identifying and reducing barriers across our website, communications and service experience.

Our commitment
We aim to provide services in a way that respects dignity, independence, integration and equal opportunity. Accessibility is considered in how we communicate, arrange appointments and improve the practice.
Website accessibility
The website is designed with readable contrast, scalable text, keyboard-accessible links and controls, descriptive headings and text alternatives for meaningful images. We continue to review the site as content and technology change.
Accessing services
Accessibility needs are individual. If a barrier could affect your discovery call, appointment, communication or use of a location, please tell the administrative team. We will work with you to understand the request and identify a reasonable available support.
Accessible formats and communication supports
Information can be provided in an accessible format or with communication support on request, in consultation with the person making the request. We will explain if a particular format cannot be provided and work toward a suitable alternative.
Request support or share feedback
Email admin@lifelineguidance.com with Accessibility request in the subject line. You may describe your preferred communication method and the barrier you encountered. Please do not include detailed clinical information in ordinary email.
