General information, not clinical advice

This website provides general information about Lifeline Guidance, psychotherapy and available services. It is not a substitute for individualized medical, psychological, legal or emergency advice, diagnosis or treatment.

No therapeutic relationship through the website

Browsing the website, sending an email or booking a discovery call does not itself create a therapist-client relationship. A therapeutic relationship begins only after service suitability, therapist availability, informed consent and other required intake steps are confirmed.

Not an emergency service

The website and email inbox are not monitored continuously. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. For other urgent resources, visit our crisis support page.

Eligibility and availability

Services are offered only where the treating clinician is legally authorized to practise and where the service is clinically appropriate. Information about services, fees, locations and availability may change. A discovery call does not guarantee acceptance for treatment.

Website content and external links

We aim to keep information accurate and current but cannot guarantee that every page is complete or error-free. External links are provided for convenience; Lifeline Guidance does not control their content, availability or privacy practices. Website text, visual identity and original materials may not be reproduced commercially without permission.
