Saleha Javed

Saleha works with adolescents, adults and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, identity, migration, relationships and significant life transitions. Her work has crossed countries and systems, shaping a practice grounded in clinical depth, cultural humility and an understanding of the ways our histories continue to live in the present.

She integrates psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness and Gottman-informed couples therapy. Her approach is warm and collaborative, with the gentle directness needed to stay with what matters.

Shraddha Shukla

Master’s in Counselling Psychology · Registered Psychotherapist · Graduate Certificate in Autism and Behavioural Science

Shraddha works with adolescents, adults and families experiencing anxiety, emotion-regulation difficulties, ADHD, neurodivergence, low self-esteem, burnout and significant life transitions. She has a particular interest in women’s mental health, including PMDD, PMS and the psychological effects of menstrual and hormonal changes.

Her approach is client-centred, trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming. Drawing from CBT, ACT, IFS-informed work and mindfulness-based interventions, Shraddha helps clients understand the emotional, cognitive and relational patterns influencing their wellbeing. She supports clients navigating late diagnosis, identity development, perfectionism and cultural belonging, combining thoughtful exploration with practical strategies for meaningful change.

Outside of sessions, Shraddha enjoys getting lost in a good book, taking long walks in nature and finding comfort in coffee, laughter and life’s quieter moments.
